Ok so I will admit, in my I'm not perfects I did mention that you can't do both and now I'm saying that you can do both red and blue, but this song really shuts all them jokes DOWN lol. In Walking in my truth, Xella faces a hard truth that he can't keep his demons away so instead he would rather let them all be there with him. "I would want them to leave but I would end up in a chase"-Xella Swish. This song shuts down the idea of taking both pills very well when I mention the line about ignorance making me a faker lesser version of myself whereas the truth has me needing to express even if I do not desire recognition for knowing who I am. In the second verse I mention another hard truth is that everybody really does follow dead trends that aren't even real to their true nature so it's hard for me to really transcend when people worship a dead end to life. Being the same, stuck and more importantly comfortable is what I mean when I say people worship a dead-end perfect life that would have no trouble or conflict along the way. That is why I say to let go of both and instead be with one either ignorance or truth. Through both however you can see how each side can learn from one another. One of my favorites on this album for sure, let this song be a means of balance for you in your life. Red or blue it doesn't matter. There is a path in your life you know you are not supposed to go down because it is the same thing and would not promote evolution at all! And then there's the path that's super hard but coming out of something as difficult as this path would mean being able to conquer any lie set in front of you. This song is simply me saying to choose a path, don't get stuck in the middle and overstimulate yourself, find the way that is best and most authentic to who you are!
