In this song I talk about how some people give the nostalgia memories in the perfect moments so that way no more imperfections and disruptions are created. Hence why I say "Shit don't feel the same/ thought that it was perfect but not with my brain". I thought that by having nostalgia on my side it would help as a means of direction toward my purpose and why I'm here. However, life just so happens to play a joke on me since now that same power on occasions reflect in a negative way. Some nostalgia is too perfect sometimes ya know. It actually takes power away from your present moment as well, I've been tricked by those memories' multiple times. In the hook then with all this in mind I mention the lion is tamed and it needs to be out for change. I always felt like a leader or the king of the jungle no matter who was around me and no matter what lies they tried to convey. My animalistic side was tamed as a means of the success for others, not once did I actually decide to be out uncontained and unconstrained by the system of ideas that kept my animalistic nature hidden. Well, say goodbye to that nostalgia because while it is imperfect for me, it was perfect for my path as I embrace who I truly am. I needed people to remind me of who I use to be so I can prove my point that I am indeed the most perfect imperfection this world will ever see! That's why it's imperfect nostalgia because all memories of what I use to be was a simple lie no one seen, a sign or a signal as a means of moving forward and creating new memories with the information and experience that I know now. The memories aren't perfect for you which is why I named it that to let you know that not all nostalgia is good, some weaponize it as a means of keeping a pattern alive.

I'm not Perfect but That's Okay

Let me start off by saying this is a lyric in my song I'm not perfect at all on Rebirth II. This song essentially was an indicator to the listener that I ain't always perfect, I was never meant to be.
